The Brazilian Santos Bean, named after the port from which it is shipped from, is considered to be a Brazillian coffee with excellent consistency. The coffee is hand-picked and dry processed, which involves removing the beans from the cherries once dried. This mehtod allows the sweetness of the fruit to carry through to the cup.
